Ordering

To order a product from Frozen Solutions simply select the product(s) you require then add them to the basket, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your billing address, delivery address and contact details.

Payment can be made with all major credit/debit cards through Paypal. Please note you do not require a Paypal account to pay by Paypal.

What are the payment options?

Our online payments are transacted through PayPal. At no point do we see or hold any of your card/payment details.

The process is fully automated and 100% secure.

All major debit or credit cards are accepted.

We also accept - Postal Orders, Cheque or direct transfer to our account.

If you are a business requiring an invoice please contact us direct and we will arrange for an invoice to be emailed or posted to you.

Delivery Information

We aim to despatch in-stock orders within 48hrs (weekdays only) of receiving payment. We will inform you by email when your order has been despatched. Our standard delivery time is 48hrs from the day of despatch to mainland only. If you require delivery on a specific day or your order is urgently required please contact us direct.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Making A Purchase Placing an Order:

To make a purchase just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

2. Confirmation of Order:

Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email that you have placed an order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

3. Payment:

Frozen Solutions normal terms of business are for all payments to be made before the goods are despatched. The contract will be deemed active once Frozen Solutions has received payment in full.

4.Delivery Charge:

All delivery charges where applicable will be disclosed prior to acceptance of order.

5. Delivery:

We will make every effort to fulfil our delivery promise of despatch and delivery to the address shown on the invoice but no liability for failure to do so can be accepted.

6. Damage and Shortage:

a. Frozen Solutions accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customers or carriers failure to comply with the requirements with respect to notification of damage / shortage / non-delivery.

b. Goods should be inspected on receipt and the delivery paperwork only signed for once the goods has been checked, any damage or shortage should be advised to the carriers and ourselves in writing within 3 working days of the delivery. Claims after this period cannot be considered.

c. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at Frozen Solutions discretion.

d. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide photographic evidence of any damage to the goods caused by transit.

e. Non-delivery of goods must be advised in writing to Frozen Solutions within 10 days of the invoice.

f. Provided prompt notice of transit damage is given, as detailed in section 6. and providing it is proved to the satisfaction of Frozen Solutions that such damage occurred in transit Frozen Solutions will refund, repair or replace the damaged item free of charge to the customer. This does not affect your statuary rights.

7. Returns:

a. Goods supplied in accordance with customer’s orders cannot be accepted for return without Frozen Solutions prior consent.

b. Returned goods must be sent carriage paid.

8. Distance Selling Regulations:

a. If you are buying as a 'consumer', as defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Goods may be returned within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and any English Bank Holiday) of delivery for a full refund of the goods returned assuming they are returned in a new unused condition. You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before, and up to 7 working days after, the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at the address or e mailing us at info@frozensolution.co.uk . We aim to process your order for despatch to you within 48 hours (week days only) of receiving it. Therefore, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods you have ordered being despatched to you and you may then need to return them to us. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

b. On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the unused goods, and the original packaging we have delivered to you. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods in transit. The goods have to be complete and in a resaleable condition in their original packaging. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

c. The customer will be refunded in full within 30 days.

d. This policy is in additiion to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Complaints:

Any complaints must be reported to the company by email or in writing. We endeavour to respond to all compalints within 5 working days. At this point we will give a clear outline of any action we need to take to resolve any such complaint. We expect all compalints to be delt with within 30 days.

Limited Frozen Solutions Warranty:

All Frozen Solutions equipment has been carefully tested and inspected at the factory. It is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any parts that, upon examination, prove to be defective in material and workmanship. Pictures may be required in order to process a claim.

NOTE: This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or abuse. The warranty is void if products are used for any purpose other than that which was intended.

10. Consequential Loss:

a. Frozen Solutions shall not be liable for any consequential loss suffered by the customer however arising.

b. Frozens Solutions total liability for any claims arising from any one act or default shall be limited to the contract / invoice price.
